There is not much difference between till and until. Both Till and Until are prepositions, and they have the exactly same meaning-  up to a point in time. However, there is a slight difference between how till and until are used and accepted by English speakers. The word till is rarely used by a native American, and it is not even  accepted as correct by many Americans whereas until is universally accepted as correct.

Till

Meaning: up to a point in time.

Usage:

I waited till John arrived.

It was an interesting match till the last moment.

He won’t ask for his money till tomorrow.

He fought till death.

Until

Meaning: up to a point in time.

Usage:
